Reception is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm daily

AFTER HOURS SERVICES
For assistance outside of reception hours (8am - 8.00pm), please call our night service. You will then be directed to the appropriate personnel to assist you.

ROOM KEYS
Owners will be issued 4 room keys per year.
Room keys expire annually and will need to be reissued. Please visit the Phoenician reception desk to have your keys reissued.
HOW TO REPORT ISSUES
A maintenance register is kept at the front desk for you to report any general building maintenance items.
For urgent issues, or assistance with a spillage in a common area, please report to Reception directly or contact our after hours service on 55 858 888.
CAR PARKING
Each unit is allocated one car space, which will be issued to you upon purchase of your property. For any questions, please contact reception.
STORAGE SPACE
Storage units are available to install in your designated car space. Please contact Roger directly who will provide you with the storage unit options and pricing.
PETS
Owners are permitted to have pets within their lot subject to approval by the Body Corporate.
To apply to keep a pet, please complete the following application form and submit to : manager@stratasphere.com.au

Please note that approved pets are not allowed in common areas (inclusive of the reception, foyer areas, podium level, gym, pool area or gardens). Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and owners must abide by the building by-laws. You can view the Phoenician By-Laws here.
